JASMIN - Fix dinner for four in the kitchen and feel at ease within this modern apartment’s dark wood accents and streamlined design elements. After eating, retire to the enclosed patio for after-dinner cocktails and decide where the night will take you. Please note, the parking we provide is for small and medium cars only as a car stacker system is used. Please message us if any doubt as parking is not provided for any cars with higher dimensions than Length 500cm, Width 200cm, Height 150cm. If your car does not fit within these dimensions you must not attempt to park in the stacker.

Set in this architecturally inspired block of apartments, the space in this modern apartment is amazing. With a very large master bedroom (with queen sized bed and super comfy mattress), a second bedroom (with high quality queen mattress) open plan living and dining area and an external entertainers balcony/patio, a party of 5 or possibly 6 can be accommodated.
Location wise, you could not be in a better position with the vibrant heart of St Kilda literally at your door step. The apartment, however, is set back from the street so when you are done eating or drinking at one of the many restaurants or bars you can retreat to your lofty oasis away from the noise and bustle of this famous area. The famous Albert Park Lake is directly opposite with Fitzroy St and St Kilda Junction around the corner for easy access into the city.
Don’t forget the beach, that too is only a few minutes walk along with Luna Park and many other great attractions. Getting to and from the city is as easy as jumping on one of the many trams along Fitzroy St or from St Kilda junction (which is a minutes walk away) and you’ll be in the city directly in 15 minutes time.

In some cases we are able to meet guests at the property to exchange keys. However, we have some options (secure lock box, cafe option etc) which are much more convenient for guests that allow them to turn up at a time of their choosing after 2pm - we might use one of these methods instead.
St. Kilda is one of the hippest and most happening neighbourhoods in all of Melbourne. There are cafes, bars, restaurants, and the beach all at your doorstep. This is a brilliant suburb for shopping and people watching, as well as a very convenient location for heading into Melbourne’s brilliant CBD and sports precinct.
