Outdoors, a heated gunite pool, bluestone patio, and landscaped grounds provide a peaceful environment for relaxation and recreation. Additional amenities include luxury linens, two beverage refrigerators, and a well-equipped craft and play area. Located on a quiet double cul-de-sac between East Hampton and Springs, Fairway Villa offers convenient access to beaches, Three Mile Harbor Marina, and a range of local dining and retail establishments. Please note that guests cannot use the indoor fireplace. If you want the pool heated, there is an additional fee of $100/day. If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. Other Things to Note: Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $350 charge. Property Manager requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. Security Deposit Policy: A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
