Public transport is not easily available in Bali and pretty unreliable as experienced. We advise our guests to rent motorbike(s) or a car if they feel comfortable driving in Bali. We can help to share rental contacts for these if needed. Other options are to use the Bluebird Taxis, or preferably to use the Grab or Go-jek applications to get around at a low price. In the area of the villa these applications are allowed to operate without a problem. These apps also allow you to order food to the villa within just minutes. We can help you download and use these useful applications for your transport needs. We also offer half/full day driving services with our private driver. For more information, please get in touch. --- OTHER DETAILS: There will always be a member of staff at the villa to welcome you during check-in and explain all that you need to know about the property and answer any of your questions; however if you request or you arrive late, there is a self check-in option as well. You will be given 2 sets of keys to the villa on your arrival. Other useful information will be given in the Villa Booklet and via WA. - Our villa’s hot water (for the entire villa) derives from an eco-friendly heating system which uses the output power of the AC to heat water, and is only active when the AC is turned on. - The backwash within the water filtration system of our villa activates during the late hours of 3am - 4am on every 3rd day, therefore please note that no water will be running from the showers, baths, taps, etc within this time frame of 45-60 minutes. - Please note that as the villa has open living spaces there may be reptiles, insects and other small animals in and around the villa. Bali is a tropical island and these creatures may appear. - Please note that due to the tropical island weather and infrastructure, there may very rarely occur unexpected issues with electricity, water supply ( hot & cold ) or Wi-Fi connection.
