Space This luxury property has three floors. You open up onto the living area with a spacious modern kitchen, large dining table and living room with a lovely sea view. A side door allows you to access the 30 m2 terrace overlooking the Mediterranean with a barbecue. On level -1 you will find the heated pool**, the sauna and an extra shower. Sliding glass doors will give you access to a lovely 40 m2 sunny outdoor space with sun beds. Take the stairs to the top floor and choose to settle in one of our 3 three spacious rooms : two beautiful bedrooms with built-in wardrobes that share a modern bathroom and the Master bedroom with an adjacent luminous bathroom that has a shower and a bath, a wardrobe, a desk, a safe box and a balcony with a superb sea view.
