Powder Inn is a third-floor corner-unit condo with magnificent golf, ski, and mountain views. As a guest in the Blackstone Flats condominiums, you will have access to the community clubhouse, heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Overlooking the green and fairway of the 13th hole for the Canyons Golf Course, this condo is ideally located at the base of the Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort and just a short walk away from the Canyons Cabriolet which will take you right to the heart of the Canyons resort. There are free on-demand shuttles to Canyons Village in the winter, and a short walk to the bus stop can take you anywhere in the Park City in free electric buses that operate all year long.

Enjoy the convenience of an in unit washer and dryer, and fireplaces in the living room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom. In the summer rent a bike and explore the myriad of bike paths weaving throughout the city. During the winter, put on your ski boots and take a free on-demand shuttle to the ski slopes, or take a short walk to the Canyons Cabriolet and enjoy the ride to the heart of the resort. Wrap up your busy day by relaxing in the Blackstone community pool hot tub. Regardless of your reason for visiting Park City, you’ll find yourself at home at the Powder Inn.

THE COMMUNITY
Blackstone is a well-maintained community for vacation rental and permanent residency. It is a short walk to the Canyons Cabriolet and direct access to skiing, shopping, and dining options in the Canyons Village of the Park City Mountain Resort. In the winter, a free on-demand shuttle takes residents to all major locations in Canyons Village. Driving takes 10 minutes to Main Street in Park City, 10 minutes to Olympic Park, and 15 minutes to Deer Valley Resort. Blackstone also offers guests year-round access to its community clubhouse, fitness center, hot tub, and heated pool.

- There is elevator access to the unit from the underground parking garage and the main floor.
- The loft bedroom has its own door entrance, however, it is not a fully enclosed room as it overlooks the living area.
