Welcome to Casa Lilibelle, bright and spacious 4 bedrooms air-conditioned villa opened in May 2023. Perfectly located in the center of Umalas, this villa is a perfect choice for family or groups of friends - two master bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, the 3rd bedroom have a mezzanine who can fit up to four guests. Casa Lilibelle can accomodate 8 guests and have a large pool and many lounges areas. The kitchen is fully equipped, wifi, bed linen, towels, parking and daily cleaning are included. The space Conveniently located in the heart of Umalas, Casa Lilibelle is a welcoming Mediterranean style villa with a simple and chic design where everything has been thought of for your comfort. Casa Lilibelle is furnished and decorated in a style that combines a cozy atmosphere with a tropical lifestyle. This beautiful villa features open living spaces, large arched windows for natural light and white walls that contrast with the warm tones of the wood and rattan furniture and fixtures. In the center of the garden, the beautiful swimming pool is surrounded by a wooden terrace with long sunbathing chairs and a large gazebo to rest in the shade. The villa’s living room is open to the outside to enjoy the view of the pool and the tropical plants. The large corner sofa is a comfortable place to share convivial moments with family and friends. The living room is extended by a large living space with a table surrounded by chairs and a bench to share meals and in the center to prepare and enjoy a large kitchen island and bar is surrounded by high stools. The open kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, gas stove, oven, dishes and utensils. Upon arrival, basic necessities as well as coffee and tea are provided. A drinking water dispenser is also installed and two refills are offered. The 3 rooms are air-conditioned and each has a private bathroom. They are very luminous and have direct access to the terrace through the sliding windows. To isolate you and sleep well, the curtains are 100% blackout. You will appreciate the height under ceiling of the biggest of the 3 rooms fitted out to welcome 4 persons thanks to a mezzanine. On the garden level, the bathroom and a bedroom decorated with care, a large double bed surrounded by bedside tables and lamps, a large mirror, a dresser and a closet with a secure safe. The mezzanine is easily accessible by a nice staircase and is equipped with a double bed and a large closet. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Bath and pool towels are provided and included in the price of your rental. The two other rooms are also comfortable and very bright. They each have a large double bed, bedside tables and lamps for your personal belongings and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The garden is enclosed with a private entrance and the rooms and bathrooms are locked. For the outside entrance and not to burden you with keys you have a secure key box. The villa has free parking on site, Wi-Fi connection is also free. A daily cleaning service is included. Guest access Please note that the villa, pool and garden are private and exclusively reserved for your personal use. To keep the villa spotless for our next hosts, any unplanned late checkout may result in an additional charge for one night.
