The villa has been carefully designed for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Natural materials, soft colors and simple yet elegant décor create a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Casa Jamu 1 is fully air-conditioned, a rare feature in Bingin. Large glass doors open onto the terrace and pool, allowing you to enjoy both indoor comfort and outdoor living. The spacious sunken living room is cozy and stylish, with plenty of cushions, antique decorations, and a smart TV for entertainment. Next to it is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, dishes, and utensils. A large wooden dining table sits by the kitchen island, perfect for meals together. You’ll also find coffee, tea and basic cooking essentials ready for your arrival, plus a drinking water dispenser with two refills. The villa has two private bedrooms, one at each end for extra privacy. Both rooms have air conditioning, a large double bed, a closet, a desk, and sliding doors that open to the terrace and pool. Curtains are blackout to ensure a good night’s sleep. Each bedroom has its own bright private bathroom with a shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. Bath and pool towels are included. Outside, you’ll find a lovely swimming pool surrounded by tropical plants, an outdoor lounge area, and a shaded terrace for relaxing. Take the outdoor stairs up to the hanging hammock for a peaceful spot with a great view of the villa. There’s also an outdoor shower and a shaded surf rack for your boards. The villa is fully private and secure, with an enclosed garden and a safe in each bedroom. A key box allows easy self-check-in. Free parking and Wi-Fi are included, and the villa is cleaned daily. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival. A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night’s charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience. Need a little extra help or special gear? We’re here to help from in-villa chefs, babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we’ve got you covered. And for our little guests, we offer baby essentials like cots and high chairs, plus safety features like pool gates and more - all upon request and subject to availability.
