Relax in a brand-new 9-person hot tub at Moccasin Lodge, a 4-bedroom in Duck Creek. This spacious cabin comfortably hosts up to 14 guests. We have fully equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace and outdoor fire pit provide perfect spots to gather under the stars. MAIN LIVING SPACES
Welcome to your spacious mountain retreat—an inviting 3,870 sq ft cabin, designed for families, groups, and year-round adventure seekers. Spread across multiple levels, the home features warm wood finishes, high ceilings, and multiple gathering areas perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain.
The main living room on the second floor offers a cozy lodge-style atmosphere with a gas fireplace (switch located to the left) and a large sectional sofa—perfect for relaxing, conversation, or unwinding by the fire.
A second living room on the ground floor features a 4K TV equipped with Roku, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Spotify, and Pandora, making it ideal for movie nights.
A third entertainment space upstairs in the large loft includes a gaming table, Xbox with games, and another big-screen TV—perfect for kids, teens, or group game nights.
KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for group cooking and gathering. It features a full appliance suite and all the essentials—including a slow cooker, toaster, waffle maker, blender, spices, and coffee supplies. A 6-cup Mr. Coffee maker and ground coffee are provided (filters located in the upper cabinet left of the sink).

The cabin features a flat, easy-access entrance and a spacious parking area that can comfortably accommodate several vehicles, making arrival and unloading simple in any season.

Snowy conditions are common in our area during winter, and we want to help you prepare. Here are our recommendations from December through the end of March, or whenever snow is present.:
- 4WD Vehicles Required: These are best suited for navigating snowy and icy roads.
- Snow Chains: Bringing snow chains is recommended, especially for added safety in severe conditions.
- Check Weather & Road Conditions: Monitor forecasts and road updates before traveling. Use the UDOT app or website.
We arrange for snow removal services to clear the driveway at properties where it’s required. However, please note that road access to the property is dependent on county snow removal services, which may experience delays during heavy snowfall.
