An exceptional and spacious 7bedrooms villa distributed in several buildings all private and connected by the garden with 2 swimming pools. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchen and many lounges area to relax with family and friends. Villa Kingdom is conveniently located halfway between Bingin Beach and Dreamland. For surf lovers, you’ll find just at the entrance an outdoor shower and a large rack out of the sun to store all your boards. Villa Kingdom is characterized by a set of six traditional houses, each with its own style, all of which have been restored and improved. The houses are built in old teak, like all floors, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and comfortable bathrooms, some of which are open air and planted with vegetation. Behind the majestic carved wooden door, you’ll discover the largest villa, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms spread across four traditional houses. They are arranged around a huge 20 x 4 meter lagoon blue pool, one of the largest in Bingin, with a shallow extension for children. The pool is powered by a well or rainwater, depending on the season, and is lined with a terrace with lounge chairs and a Balé for relaxing in the shade, with an outdoor shower nearby. Towels and pool towels are provided for all rooms. The main joglo of 170 m2, extended by the pool, houses the lounge, the dining room and the kitchen, as well as a double bedroom that can be used as a TV lounge, and a bathroom. The teak and black granite kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, The dining rooms are arranged in different places, so you can choose between the large rectangular table d ’hôtes, the round white marble table or the black granite island surrounded by high stools. At the end of the day, you can relax in the shade on the cozy sofa or on one of the traditional benches with mattresses and cushions. The bedroom in the living space enjoys a magical view of the outside. A huge glass window makes it bright and airy, and black out drapes ensure privacy. Double bed, bed-side tables and designer teak lamps, wide-screen TV. The separate bathroom, tiled with mosaic and marble, is equipped with shower, standing sink, mirror and toilet. SANTOS: An old 70 m2 limassin transformed into a bright contemporary loft in teak, glass and waxed concrete. For your comfort, a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, a large sofa and a Carrara marble coffee table, two fans and air conditioning. There is also a dressing room and bathroom with double sink, double shower and toilet. LOLITA: an authentic small house of 110 m2 in Java green teak. A warm and welcoming place bordered by a large covered terrace. Ideal space for a family with children, the two bedrooms communicate with one another with direct access to the terrace; one has a large double bed and the second has two single beds that can be brought together to form only one. Two large dressing rooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. AIR JOGLO: A 360-degree glass structure, is a typical modified Java house. The first floor is dedicated to a refined master bedroom of 75 m2, whose furniture is integrated into the structure. In the center, the king-size bed is flanked by 4 towering pillars supporting a carved dome. To the front, an expansive terrace overlooks the pool. In the back, the bathroom with double vanity, shower, toilet and views of the adjoining garden. On the ground floor, 75m2 of hardwood floors offer ample space for yoga practice. To cool off, there’s an outdoor shower, sink, and toilet. Close to this magical place you will find many restaurants: Italian, Japanese, vegan, Indonesian, fusion food..., some lounge bars, spas, fitness centers, pilates, boxing, yoga, gym ...some nice shops, concept shops, surf shops... Other things to note Welcome to your villa getaway. If you arrive before 2pm, don’t worry - drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Bingin Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival. A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night’s charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience. Need a little extra help or special gear? We’re here to help from in-villa chefs, babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we’ve got you covered. And for our little guests, we offer baby essentials like cots and high chairs, plus safety features like pool gates and more - all upon request and subject to availability.
