Villa Kingdom is ideally located halfway between Bingin beach and Dreamland. For surf enthusiasts, just inside the entrance you’ll find an outdoor shower and a large, sun-sheltered rack for storing all your boards. Villa Kingdom is characterized by a collection of 6 traditional houses, each with its own style, all of which have been restored and up-graded. The houses are made of antique teak, as are all the floors, with large bay windows and comfortable bathrooms, some of which are open-air and planted with vegetation. Behind the majestic carved wooden door, you’ll discover the largest villa, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms divided between four traditional houses. They are arranged around a huge 20 x 4-metre lagoon-blue pool, one of the largest in Bingin, with a shallow extension for children. The pool is fed by a well or rainwater, depending on the season, and is bordered by a deck with sun loungers and a Balé for relaxing in the shade, with an outdoor shower nearby. Towels and pool towels are provided for all rooms. The 170 m2 main joglo, extended by the pool, houses the living, dining and kitchen areas, as well as a double bedroom that can be used as a TV lounge, and a bathroom. The teak and black granite kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, The dining areas are arranged in different places, so you can choose between the large rectangular guest table, the round white marble table or the black granite island surrounded by high stools. At the end of the day, relax in the shade on the comfortable sofa or one of the traditional benches with mattresses and cushions. The bedroom located in the living area enjoys a magical view of the outside. A huge bay window makes it bright and airy, and blackout curtains provide privacy. Double bed, designer teak bedside tables and lamps, large-screen TV. The mosaic and marble-tiled bathroom is separate, with shower, pedestal washbasin, mirror and toilet. SANTOS: A 70 m2 former limassan converted into a bright contemporary loft in teak, glass and waxed concrete. For your comfort, a kingsize bed, bedside tables and lamps, a large sofa and coffee table in Carrara marble, two fans and air conditioning. There’s also a dressing room and a bathroom with double washbasin, double shower and toilet. LOLITA: a small, authentic 110 m2 teak house in Java green. A warm and inviting place bordered by a large covered terrace. An ideal space for a family with children, the two bedrooms are interconnected with direct access to the terrace; one has a large double bed and the second two single beds that can be brought together to form one. Two large dressing rooms and two bathrooms, one with bathtub. AIR JOGLO: a 360-degree glass structure, is a modified typical Java house. The first floor is dedicated to a refined 75 m2 master room, with the furniture integrated into the structure. In the center, the king-size bed is flanked by 4 imposing pillars supporting a sculpted dome. At the front, a vast terrace overlooks THE pool. At the rear, the bathroom with double washbasin, shower, toilet and view of the adjoining garden. Downstairs, 75 m2 of parquet flooring provide ample space for yoga practice. To freshen up, there’s an outdoor shower, washbasin and toilet. Other things to note Welcome to your villa getaway. If you arrive before 2pm, don’t worry - drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Bingin Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival. A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night’s charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience. Need a little extra help or special gear? We’re here to help from in-villa chefs, babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we’ve got you covered. And for our little guests, we offer baby essentials like cots and high chairs, plus safety features like pool gates and more - all upon request and subject to availability.
