Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation may result in a $300 fine and termination of your stay without refund. Pets Dogs only (max 2). $59/per pet All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets will incur a $120 fee/per pet. Pet owners must provide breed. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Excessive hair or damage may result in cleaning fees of $250 plus the cost of any damages. Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste around the property (waste stations are conveniently located around the property). Any pet that continues to disrupt other guest’s and their ability to relax and enjoy their stay may result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Parking Free onsite parking available. Smoking Absolutely no smoking. If smoke odor or remnants are found inside, a $500 cleaning fee will apply. This unit may be heated or cooled by a window unit instead of central air.
