Sleeping arrangements The home accommodates up to four guests across two spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom features a queen bed, offering a restful place to recharge at the end of the day. Fresh bed linens are provided, and the rooms are arranged to keep things simple and functional. Bathroom & laundry The bathroom includes hot water and bathroom essentials for everyday comfort. An outdoor shower is available, ideal for rinsing off after time at the beach. A free washer and dryer are located in the building, giving you the convenience of on-site laundry during your stay. Kitchen & dining A full kitchen is available for guests who enjoy preparing meals at home. The space is well suited for anything from a quick breakfast before heading out to a relaxed dinner after a day exploring the area. Whether you’re cooking or grabbing takeout from nearby spots, the kitchen supports easy, flexible dining. Whether you’re here to enjoy the beach, spend time outdoors, or simply relax in a comfortable setting, this Boynton Beach rental offers a welcoming home base for your stay. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire apartment. There are (2) parking spots available to guests. Recommend walking, biking, uber/taxi/lyft, or even walking! The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that’s why we would like to mention we have a camera outside - point entrance of unit B, west side to monitor parking, southwest and southeast corner both facing south and east side, these aren’t intended to record our guest but for security purposes.
