Downstairs, one bedroom opens onto a shared full bathroom, while the upper level provides five additional bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The layout ensures everyone has a private retreat after a full day of adventure. Indoor living The living room features ample seating for the whole family to gather, watch TV, or simply relax. A dedicated movie room equipped with bean‑bag chairs and a popcorn machine sets the stage for cozy film nights, and the adjacent game room offers foosball and air hockey for friendly competition. Essential comforts include air conditioning, heating, Wi‑Fi, a washer and dryer, and a flat‑screen TV. Kitchen & dining A large, fully equipped kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances invites you to prepare meals at home. Cooking basics are provided, and the open layout makes it easy to move between cooking and dining. Indoor dining space flows onto an outdoor patio where a grill and lounge chairs create a perfect setting for al fresco meals. Outdoor living Step through the back door to your private pool and hot tub, both available with optional heating for year‑round enjoyment. A patio area with loungers and a grill offers a relaxed spot for poolside lounging and evening gatherings. Free on‑site parking adds convenience for arrivals and departures. Resort amenities Your stay includes access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate, where you can enjoy a resort‑style pool with water slide, lazy river, Tiki Bar, movie theater, fitness center, playground, volleyball and tennis courts, golf course, driving range, putting green, and clubhouse facilities. The gated community provides a secure, recreation‑rich environment for all ages. Neighborhood Located in Four Corners, the home sits near Orlando’s premier theme parks, dining, and shopping districts. Major freeways are just minutes away, making day trips and park visits straightforward. After a day of excitement, return to a quiet, family‑friendly community with abundant amenities at your doorstep. Perfect for Large families, travel groups, and pet‑friendly vacations. The combination of a private pool, hot tub, game room, Star Wars TV room, and easy access to Central Florida attractions makes this retreat an ideal base for memorable gatherings. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked back to back, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week’s notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
