This Davenport retreat invites connection, comfort, and easygoing stays in Central Florida’s year‑round warm climate. Sleeping arrangements Downstairs you’ll find a bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, offering easy access and privacy. Upstairs there are four additional bedrooms: a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom, a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, a twin‑over‑full bunk bed, and a room with two twin bunk beds. The four‑and‑a‑half bathrooms are thoughtfully distributed for larger groups, and all linens and bathroom essentials are provided. Living areas The open living area features ample seating, a TV, and a dedicated workspace with wifi, making it comfortable for relaxation or remote work. Air conditioning and heating keep the interior pleasant year‑round, and a washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. Kitchen & dining A full kitchen opens onto an indoor dining table that comfortably seats the whole group. Appliances and cookware are ready for shared meals, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or a family dinner after a day of adventure. Resort amenities & location As guests of Solterra Resort you have access to a communal pool, gym, lazy river, recreational areas, and a poolside café. Free parking on the premises and self‑check‑in with a smart lock make arrival effortless. The home is a short drive from Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other Central Florida attractions, placing entertainment and dining options within easy reach. Perfect for Families, large groups, and longer stays seeking spacious living, resort amenities, and proximity to Orlando’s major attractions will find this entire home an ideal base for their Central Florida getaway. During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please note, the HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and is not associated with our host charges. It applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used. Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway Kissimmee Station - 22 min drive Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) - 27 min drive Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week’s notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
