Sleeping Arrangements The house sleeps up to 14 guests across six bedrooms and five‑and‑a‑half bathrooms. Downstairs, a queen bedroom and a king bedroom each enjoy an attached bathroom for easy privacy. Upstairs, another queen bedroom and a king bedroom also have private baths. The kids’ wing includes a bunk bed with a twin over a full, and a triple bunk with three twins plus a trundle twin, perfect for younger travelers. Living Spaces & Entertainment The main living area offers comfortable seating and a flat‑screen TV for relaxed evenings. A dedicated game room provides playful options for all ages, while a private theater creates a cozy setting for movie marathons without leaving home. Outdoor Living A private pool anchors the backyard, with optional heating available for an additional fee on cooler evenings. Outdoor furniture and loungers give you simple spots to soak up the Florida sun, chat, or pause between swims. Kitchen & Dining A full kitchen equipped with full‑size appliances lets you prepare anything from quick snacks to family‑style meals. Resort Amenities Your stay includes access to Solterra Resort’s shared facilities: a resort‑style pool with water slide, lazy river, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, recreational areas, and a poolside café. All are just steps away from the home. Comforts & Conveniences Self check‑in with a smart lock, free on‑site parking, Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer and dryer keep daily life smooth. Family‑friendly touches include a pack ’n play, high chair, children’s books and toys. The property is pet‑friendly, and exterior security cameras are positioned at the front only. Long‑term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Location Set in Davenport, the home is about a 20‑minute drive to Disney and 30 minutes to Universal Studios. After a day of theme‑park excitement, you return to a quieter resort setting where slowing down feels as easy as heading out. During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please note, the HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and is not associated with our host charges. It applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used. Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway. Kissimmee Station - 25 min drive Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) - 30 min drive Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 10 minutes away. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week’s notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
