Fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets are provided, and each room offers ample storage. Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen holds all the appliances you need for home‑cooked meals, and the generous dining table seats everyone for breakfast, dinner or board games. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays, and a high chair plus children’s dinnerware make mealtime easy for the little ones. Outdoor Living Step onto the patio to find a private pool that can be heated for an additional charge, surrounded by comfortable outdoor furniture for sun‑soaked afternoons or evening relaxation. The seamless flow between indoor and outdoor areas lets you move freely from a cool lounge to a warm splash. Resort Access ChampionsGate resort amenities are yours to enjoy: a large pool, lazy river, water slide, fitness center, movie theater, game room, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and full golf facilities with clubhouse and pro shop. These shared spaces add extra variety without leaving the neighborhood. Added Comforts High‑speed WiFi, a dedicated workspace, self‑check‑in with a smart lock, a private entrance and free street parking keep daily life simple. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher and a first‑aid kit. Location Located in Davenport, the townhouse sits close to Disney attractions, dining options and all that ChampionsGate offers, making it a convenient base for exploring the area while returning to a quiet, family‑friendly retreat. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Up to (3) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week’s notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
