Villa Titra Puri is conveniently located in the heart of Bingin in a quiet area close to restaurants, stores and beaches. This pretty new villa is surrounded by greenery and the centerpiece is the large 3-level infinity pool, very rare in Bingin. The central pool has a shallow beach on one side for younger guests and benches on the other side for relaxing in the water. Overlooking the pool, the jacuzzi extends the terrace of the main villa, ideal for enjoying the mildness of the Isle of the Gods. The third level is smaller, with a rounded shape and waterfall from the main pool. It is located just opposite the terrace of the small villa. The main villa, located on the highest level, is very open to the outside, so you can enjoy the beautiful view. It houses dining areas under a magnificent carved wooden ceiling, lounge areas on the large terrace naturally aired by the breeze, and 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms at either end. The kitchen is open and separated by a large central island. It is equipped with hob, oven, sink, fridge, coffee machine, crockery and utensils. On arrival, basic necessities, including coffee and tea, are provided. A drinking water dispenser is also available, with two free refills. To share your meals, a large wooden table surrounded by chairs with a view of the outside. To relax, a lounge area with two large sofas and a coffee table is located in the center of the terrace, with direct access to the jacuzzi. At either end of the villa are other relaxation areas with large traditional benches found in Bali. The 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned and bathed in natural light thanks to 2 large bay windows. One is fixed and the other sliding, giving direct access to the terrace. Curtains are 100% blackout to keep you isolated and comfortable. In the center of each room is a large double four-poster bed with mosquito netting, surrounded by bedside tables and lamps, and a desk. There’s also a large dressing room with safe for all your belongings. Each room has a large en-suite bathroom with double basins, large walk-in shower and toilet. Bath and pool towels are provided and included in the price of your rental. The second villa is located on the lowest level, on one level with direct access to the garden. It has two air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Each is equipped with a mosquito net, bedside tables and lamps, a desk and a dressing area with safe. The 2 en-suite bathrooms are identical, with a shower, large washbasin and toilet. As in the main villa, the bedrooms are spacious and bright, with 100% blackout curtains and shower and pool towels provided. Another highlight of the Titra Puri villa is the large enclosed office area in the center of the small villa. It’s bright and airy thanks to 2 large ceiling fans. It’s the perfect place to work in peace and quiet. You can open and close the sliding door to access the covered terrace and garden. The garden is enclosed with a private entrance, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are lockable. A secure key box is available for outside entry, so you don’t have to worry about keys. Villa Tirta Puri offers free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi access. Daily maid service is included. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival. A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night’s charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience. Need a little extra help or special gear? We’re here to help from in-villa chefs, babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we’ve got you covered. And for our little guests, we offer baby essentials like cots and high chairs, plus safety features like pool gates and more - all upon request and subject to availability.
