Welcome to Villa Yuzu, brand new and modern 2bdrs villa opened in May 2023 in the heart of Bingin located at 7 mins walk from the beach. A comfortable villa, fully air-conditioned and very bright. For swimming enthusiasts the swimming pool is large 10x4m, very rare in a villa for 4 peoples. Hall, living room and kitchen are on two levels, each bedroom has a bathroom. In the garden armchairs on the deck and an outdoor shower. Wifi, sheets, towels, parking and daily cleaning are included The space Villa Yuzu is very well located both in a quiet place in the heart of Bingin and only a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. It is an all white and very bright villa, in the Mediterranean style. It is decorated with care, everything has been thought out for your comfort and for an unforgettable holiday in Bali with family or friends. The villa is fully air-conditioned which is rare in Bingin and has two large ceiling fans in the living area. You can, as you wish, open or close the large bay windows extended by the terrace which borders the swimming pool. In the center of the villa a large living space spread over two levels and open to the outside by a large sliding bay window. On the ground floor, the dining area with a pretty round table surrounded by chairs and a fully equipped open kitchen. Below, a large living room is furnished with long comfortable sofas spread over 3 sides with pretty coffee tables in the center, ideal for relaxing evenings. The open kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, plates, crockery and necessary utensils. Upon arrival, basic necessities as well as coffee and tea are provided. A drinking water dispenser is also installed and two water refills are offered. The bedrooms are located at each end of the villa to guarantee your privacy. They have direct access to the outside and are very bright thanks to the large sliding glass doors. You can choose to open or close the bay windows and to isolate yourself and sleep well the curtains are 100% blackout. Each room has a dressing room to store your belongings with a secure safe and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Bath and pool towels are provided and included in the price of your rental. In the garden, the swimming pool is surrounded by a pretty wooden deck with large armchairs for lazing around. Coming back from the beach you can shower in your garden before enjoying the swimming pool. You will stay in peace the garden is closed with a private entrance, the bedrooms and bathrooms are locked, a safe in each of the bedrooms is at your disposal. For outside entry and not to bother with keys you have a secure key box. The villa has free parking on site, free Wi-Fi. Daily maid service is included. Other things to note Welcome to your villa getaway. If you arrive before 2pm, don’t worry - drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Bingin Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival. A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night’s charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience. Need a little extra help or special gear? We’re here to help from in-villa chefs, babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we’ve got you covered. And for our little guests, we offer baby essentials like cots and high chairs, plus safety features like pool gates and more - all upon request and subject to availability.
