This brand new, spacious apartment gives you the best of both worlds

luxury residential resort of Mirador de Estepona Hills , yet only 1.5km
from Estepona Old Town and its lively bars, restaurants and shops. A
new pedestrian footpath leading from the resort means that guests can
walk to the Old Town around 20 minutes.

The 120m² apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps 6 people,
and has a large 30m² fully-furnished, south-facing balcony with
spectacular views of the sea , Estepona Town, Gibraltar and North
Africa. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has Wi-Fi, Smart TV,
Bose Bluetooth music system, air-conditioning, safe, iron and
hairdryer, and the building has a lift and a dedicated indoor parking
space. The apartment comes with a fully-fitted independent kitchen with
refrigerator, freezer, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing
machine/dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle,
dishes/cutlery and kitchen utensils.
Guests have the use of two large swimming pools set in attractive
grounds which are open year-round, with sun loungers and day beds, and
an on-site cafe/cocktail/snack bar. Guests can also use the extensive
facilities of Los Reales Sports Club which is based at the resort,
including a state-of-the-art gymnasium with free fitness classes and
saunas, and tennis and padel courts (fee payable).
