The residence and neighborhood: -Two secure entrances to the building with a green walkway (one entrance on Avenue Gallieni and one on Avenue Pauliani) -Lidl supermarket at the foot of the building. -Green corridor and public garden a few steps from the residence -Large elevator ideal for your luggage -Carrefour TNL nearby as well as many restaurants -Expressway a few meters away with entrances and exits allowing quick access to the airport or other cities. -Bus at the bottom of the building Line 12+ (towards the airport and Cap 3000 shopping center) -Tram line nearby -Nice Riquier train station 10 minutes’ walk away. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with a combination microwave oven, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, refrigerator, and freezer. In the living room, you can relax on the comfortable sofa. The bedroom opens onto the terrace and has a double bed and ample storage space. There is also a small fold-down desk. Sheets are provided and the bed will be made upon your arrival. The bathroom has a bathtub, washing machine, toilet, and storage closet. Shower gel/shampoo and towels are included. Finally, you will have access to a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, a table, and two chairs. Access You will have access to the entire apartment and its terrace. Neighborhood You will have everything you need to go shopping, go out in Old Nice, take public transportation, and access the Nice expressway (“rocade”) is very quick. It is a 5-minute walk from Place Garibaldi, a 10-minute walk from Old Nice, a 15-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the sea, 1 minute from the “Acropolis” tram, 15 minutes from Nice Riquier station. Transit 5 minutes from Place Garibaldi, 10 minutes on foot from Old Nice and the Coulée Verte (a large central park with lots of games for children and grass to relax on), 15 minutes on foot from the Promenade des Anglais and the sea. Tram line 1: “Acropolis” stop takes you to Old Nice, the Liberation market, Place Masséna, etc. in 2 stops. Tram line 2: 10 min walk from the Garibaldi stop, which takes you to the airport in 30 min. 15 min walk from Nice Riquier station to go to Monaco or Villefranche Notes. Check-in is between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.. We are available by phone or WhatsApp from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and by message on the platform until 9:00 p.m. . The accommodation is non-smoking. Any violation of this rule will be charged at €150 to cover cleaning and deodorization costs.. A set of sheets and bath towels will be provided for your arrival. .
