Welcome to Sandarosa, a beautifully appointed Gulf front home that offers the perfect mix of coastal luxury and family comfort. Located directly on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom retreat sleeps up to 10 guests and features a private pool with unobstructed Gulf views. Inside, the open-concept living space is light, airy, and thoughtfully designed with modern coastal style. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, ample prep space, and a large island with bar seating. A dedicated wine bar with wine fridge and ice maker makes it easy to unwind, and the cozy living room includes a fireplace, games, and a large TV—all framed by three sliding doors that open up to the Gulf-facing porch. Sleeping Arrangements: • SW King Suite – King bed, TV, media console, private bath, sliding doors to the Gulf front porch • SE King Suite – King bed, private bath, TV, sliding doors with Gulf front views and porch access • NW King Suite – King bed, private bath, TV • NE Bunk Suite – Two twin-over-full bunk beds, private bath, TV Step out your back door and onto the sand—Sandarosa offers a private beach path for direct access to Dauphin Island’s serene shoreline. After a day at the beach, unwind on the covered porch, take a dip in the private pool, or enjoy a coastal dinner from the grill with sunset views in the background. Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows. All linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;).
