Property Manager offers you this charming accommodation ideally located between Oberkampf, Belleville and Ménilmontant. One of the most popular and liveliest neighborhoods in Paris!
The apartment is 40 square meters and has two bedrooms. It’s located on the 1st floor without an elevator, but it’s very bright (no overlooking). Perfect for a 4-person stay with family, lovers or friends.

Logement
The apartment is small but very cozy. It has two double beds, and a shower room accessible from both bedrooms. A small lounge area will allow you to relax after an intense day!
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator (just for you!), four induction hobs, an oven and all the necessary cooking equipment! The bathroom also has a washer / dryer if needed.
There is a restaurant directly below the apartment. Guests have reported being disturbed by noise and odors.
The apartment is located right to the Ménilmontant metro (line 2 which crosses all of Paris), a bicycle station and a taxi station. You will be very well located to visit Paris and its surroundings!
The district is very pleasant with many nice bars and restaurants and some emblematic places of the capital such as Père Lachaise, the Edith Piaf museum, the Atelier des Lumières, the Belleville park or the very famous rue Oberkampf, top place to experience night life in Paris.
Many food shops nearby to have nice meals. A small booklet will tell you all the best place to go when you will be there !
The apartment is cleaned before and after each traveler.

The 11th arrondissement of Paris extends from the places of the Bastille to the Nation and the Republic squares. Far from being uniform, it is homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively district, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experiment.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, with numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges, hospitals as well as the Gare de Lyon which drains a continuous stream of travelers to the center.
