The space Matanai is a beautiful complex of 4 suites and 3 villas opened in July 2021 in the center of Bingin Beach only a few minutes walk from the beach. Behind the magnificent entrance, paved and tree-lined paths lead to the private gardens of each of the Suites & Villas, all well isolated by walls and dense vegetation. At the entrance of the complex, the reception is open from Monday to Saturday and a luggage storage service is available. You can quickly access the private entrance of your Suite and Villa, to discover a beautiful space with two separate gardens when the sliding door is closed and which in this case of Suite and Villa connected offers itself to you in totality. An ideal setting for a vacation with family or friends. The Suite can accommodate a couple and the Villa 4 people in two double rooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds that can be put together to form a double bed. You will be charmed by the beauty of the materials used in this place, the ceilings of the Suite and the rooms of the Villa, the doors, the pillars and the gazebos are made of beautifully carved wood. Both the Suite and the Villa have a fenced garden, a private swimming pool, a traditional gazebo, large sunbeds installed on a wooden deck at the edge of the pool, an open-air terrace equipped with garden furniture and large bamboo blinds so that it can be partially or completely closed. To add an original note to your stay, try the floating breakfast for two! In the suite, a large floating tray is at your disposal to allow you to enjoy a delicious breakfast comfortably installed in the pool. A soft and luminous atmosphere for this spacious Suite of 35m2 and for the two bedrooms of the villa. All are air-conditioned with a ceiling fan and large windows to enjoy the tropical greenery. For more intimacy they are equipped with curtains and curtains totally occulting. They are decorated and furnished with care in different styles and tones and with the same amenities: matching bedspreads and cushions, bedside tables and lamps, desk, chairs, armchairs and beautiful lighting. Each room and suite has a private dressing room equipped with a closet, shelves, a safe and a large mirror. The Suite also has a small fridge, a kettle, basic tea and coffee making utensils and ingredients, and bottled water offered upon arrival. The villa has a modern kitchen, equipped with a large worktop with a three-burner stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, blender, hot and cold water dispenser and everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. This complex has three beautiful open-air bathrooms, one in the Suite and two in the Villa. They are all equipped with a very large shower with hot water, a stone basin and a toilet. Soap, shampoo and towels are provided. At any time of the day you can enjoy the outdoors comfortably seated in an armchair or bench on one of the outdoor terraces or on one of the sunbeds by the pools. To relax in the shade, you can opt for the gazebos with their cozy cushions. Matanai Suite 4 and Matanai Villa 5 are located in a fully enclosed complex for your comfort and safety. At the reception located at the entrance of the complex, the management team is at your disposal every day except Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm to answer your requests and a guard is present every night. A luggage storage service is available to drop off and keep your luggage. Your gardens are enclosed with a private entrance, the Suite and the Villa as well as the bathrooms being locked. A daily cleaning service is included as well as bed linen and towels for the bathroom and the pool. Free parking and good quality Wi-Fi internet connection are available in the Suite and the Villa. Guest access Please note that the villa, pool and garden are private and exclusively reserved for your personal use. We’ve designed the space to ensure your comfort and offer relaxing and enjoyable spaces. We hope you make the most of this private haven and create unforgettable memories during your time with us. Other things to note Welcome to your villa getaway. If you arrive before 2pm, don’t worry-drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Bingin Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival. A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night’s charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience. Need a little extra help or special gear? We’re here to help from laundry services, in-villa chefs, and babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we’ve got you covered. And for our little guests, we offer baby essentials like cots and high chairs, plus safety features like pool gates and more - all upon request and subject to availability.
