Two living spaces provide flexibility, whether relaxing with family or gathering with friends. The main level hosts a bedroom (off living/kitchen) featuring a full and king bed and an en-suite bathroom. A spiral staircase leads upstairs to two additional bedrooms, each with bunk-style arrangements (lower full, upper twin), sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. These rooms add personality and charm, ideal for kids or guests seeking a fun, cozy space. Outside, enjoy a screened porch at the rear, perfect for morning coffee or reading while sheltered from sun or insects. The side patio offers Adirondack chairs and a firepit, creating cozy evenings by the flames. Rinse off after the beach using the outdoor shower.
