Situated on a secluded 10 acres within the Nantahala National Forest, this unique property includes both a newly built mountain home and a luxury RV—giving families and groups flexible space to spread out and unwind. You’ll feel like you’re miles away from it all, while still being close to shopping, dining, breweries, and more! This new construction home invites you in with a large front porch perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The open floor plan living space is a welcoming place for your friends and family to gather with a fully equipped kitchen for making all your meals. Spend your day exploring and hiking on the property or enjoy reading and relaxing by the tranquil stream that is just a short walk from the house. There is also a 3-hole Disc Golf Course right on the property! If you want to stay close to home, have a drink while you enjoy the stunning, long-range mountain views year-round on the back deck. The main house features two comfortable guest rooms with queen beds, and a full sleeper sofa in the living room, providing plenty of space for everyone to rest and recharge. In addition to the home, your reservation includes the Alante luxury RV, offering a unique and cozy option for extra privacy or a kid-approved adventure. The RV sleeps up to 2 adults in a private queen bed and 2 children in a full-size overhead bunk, with its own full bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics. Wi-Fi, a TV, stereo, board games, and a charcoal grill are also included. It’s an ideal setup for extended family, teens needing space, or anyone looking for a little solitude. Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a very private and quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. Payment - Cancellation - Insurance - Military Discount: Please inquire about our payment and cancellation policies, military discount, and information about vacation rental insurance. Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays. Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name.
