This cute pool home is perfect for two families. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home features two queen masters with en-suites and two children’s rooms with full-over-full bunk beds sharing the hallway bathroom. Upgraded carpet is in all bedrooms, and laminate wood flooring is used throughout the rest of the home. An open-concept kitchen with custom paneled cabinetry, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances—a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher—is also available. Beautiful French doors lead to the dining room, which comfortably seats ten, with an additional breakfast table and kitchen counter seating. The garage game room is located through Master #2. It has Stiga Ping Pong, a 3-in-1 table (pool, air hockey, and ping pong top), and cubbies with toys and games. In addition, strollers, a high chair, a pack-n-play, and a booster chair are available for your infant and toddler. There is also a full-size washer and dryer for guest’s use. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. The family room has a 51 TV with a DVD player. A couch with a queen sleeper sofa and High-speed wireless internet are included. Central heating and air conditioning Relax in our sparkling pool and in-ground Jacuzzi in the rear yard. There is also a natural gas BBQ, patio dining set, and additional chairs. This house SLEEPS 10 in beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANYTIME (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined). Maximum Vehicles 2 cars (In our Driveway Only). No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights NO Smoking Inside the Home or In the Front Yard. Smoking Permitted in Rear Yard w/Conditions No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and jacuzzi to 102. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking. A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking. Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder’s name and address must match the booking’s details.
