This home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, providing plenty of space for the whole family. There are three master bedrooms, two with a California King bed and one queen bed. Two of the master bedrooms (Upstairs King and Main Floor Queen) have en-suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms are children’s rooms with bunk beds that are full over full. One of these bunk bedrooms shares a Jack n’ Jill bathroom with the master bedroom that doesn’t have an ensuite, and there’s also a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo and an additional shower for the children’s bedrooms. One of the master bedrooms with an ensuite is located upstairs. All bedrooms are equipped with a 47’ LCD TV, and the bedding in the home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. The open-concept kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The dining room comfortably seats 12, with additional seating available at the kitchen countertop. The main living room offers high-speed wireless internet. The rear yard includes an in-ground pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, a patio set, and additional chairs. The game room in the detached garage has ping pong, a pool table, and air hockey. Additionally, the home provides strollers, a high chair, pack-n-play, and booster seats for infants and toddlers. Guests can also use the full-size washer and dryer located off the kitchen. The house is conveniently located just a few miles from Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm and features central air and heat. Guests can even watch Disney fireworks from the back or front yards. ***Not suitable for children that scream or squeal while playing outside in the pool*** This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply. A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking. A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.
