Built in 2018, "Õrmos seaside villa with private pool" is located at the picturesque and idyllic Ballos Bay. It is designed to offer luxurious, relaxed vacations, with indoor and outdoor areas, comfortable terraces and decks as well as spacious indoor living spaces fully equipped with all the amenities. The sandy beach has umbrellas where you can spend the day. Villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a private swimming pool, an amazing sea view, plenty of space, it is a two minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive from the port of Tinos and a maximum 20 minute drive to the villages around the island. There is also a large living room with comfortable sofas and a dining table for 8 people and a large terrace with a dining table for 8 people under the pergola and private parking. All indoor and outdoor spaces (terrace, patio, garden parking) are for the guests exclusive use. I will be available for the guests during their stay. Ballos bay is a family-friendly holiday settlement located in a very convenient site of the island very close to the port and most of Tino’s unique villages. There is no public transport near the area and having a car is necessary. Alternatively you can use a taxi. There are several rent a car agencies on the island. There is a piece of dirt road (less than 1klm) before you arrive to the house. Ballos beach is one of the 5 most beautiful beaches of the island. Accessing the property is quite easy through the main road from the port, driving with west direction having the sea on your left hand and following the signs to BALLOS BEACH.
