This apartment consists in a bedroom with a double bed and closet, a second bedroom with a single bed and office in case you need to work, bathroom with shower and Japanese toilets, kitchen open on the living room with TV and access to the outdoor. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, coffee machine, kettle. Access The apartment is fully equipped. Walk along the streets of the Old Town and you will find Rosseti Square with its famous ice cream and the “Cours Saleya” and its famous flower market. Transit Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Jean Médecin. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 900m away from the apartment. From there you can also take the tram line n°1 until the stop Opéra Vieille-Ville. This stop is 300m away from the apartment. You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment. Train station « Nice Ville » is 14 minutes away by tram, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily. Access to the building is also possible by car and you can park in the public parking Sulzer, less than 100m away. IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE : For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document. The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
