Welcome to Villa Moma 3, a modern and spacious villa for 4 guests, opening in February 2025. Ideally located in Balangan, just 100 meters from the beach, it features a private pool and a secluded tropical garden. With its Mediterranean style, white walls, high ceilings, and large glass doors, the villa includes two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and a serene ambiance. Wi-Fi, linens, towels, parking, and daily housekeeping are included for a comfortable stay. The space Villa Moma 3 is ideally located in the heart of Balangan, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The villa’s interior blends modern and minimalist design, featuring white walls and contemporary furniture that create a bright and airy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The main building offers a spacious open-plan living area on the ground floor, including a cozy lounge with a large sofa, a coffee table, a TV, and breathtaking views of the pool and tropical garden. The dining area, with its large oval table, is ideal for enjoying meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need: a refrigerator, cooktop, dishware, and utensils. A water dispenser with two complimentary bottles is also provided. You’ll love the bar with its central island and high stools, perfect for a relaxed breakfast or an evening aperitif with friends. Outside, the villa extends to a shaded terrace that leads directly to the pool and tropical garden. At the end of the pool, a glass-walled outdoor lounge allows you to relax while enjoying stunning views of the water. There’s also an outdoor shower in the garden for refreshing moments under the sun. The villa features three beautifully designed and air-conditioned bedrooms, all equipped with sheer curtains and blackout drapes to ensure complete privacy and optimal comfort during your stay. Each bedroom has its own dressing area with a safe and a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Bath and pool towels are provided. Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor, this spacious room features a large double bed, a desk, a private bathroom and a dressing area for maximum comfort. Bedroom 2: Situated upstairs, this bright room offers panoramic views of the surroundings and includes a large double bed, a private bathroom and a dressing area. Guest access Please note that the villa, pool and garden are private and exclusively reserved for your personal use. We’ve designed the space to ensure your comfort and offer relaxing and enjoyable spaces. We hope you make the most of this private haven and create unforgettable memories during your time with us. Other things to note Welcome to your villa getaway. Please note that the shortcut from Balangan to the Uluwatu/Bingin area is closed between 11 PM - 5 AM. This is clearly indicated at the barrier gate, as the road is not a main road but part of a residential area. However, you may still use the main Uluwatu street at any time. Online transport (Grab/Gojek) is not permitted in this area to support local drivers. Our team can help arrange a driver for you anytime. If you arrive before 2pm, don’t worry - drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Balangan Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival. A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night’s charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience. Need a little extra help or special gear? We’re here to help from in-villa chefs, babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we’ve got you covered. And for our little guests, we offer baby essentials like cots and high chairs, plus safety features like pool gates and more - all upon request and subject to availability.
