This raised, 2-level home rests above a patio area with an outdoor shower to wash off sandy feet and a gas grill to cook up the fresh catch of the day—perfect for outdoor entertainment.
A light-filled living area greets guests on the main level with an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Styled with new, modern furnishings, the living area offers a relaxing space to watch a movie on the 55” TV or gaze out on the Gulf through a wall of glass doors. This room opens onto a furnished covered deck with an alfresco dining table and a 4-seat bar table for seamless indoor/outdoor dining. The well-appointed kitchen features high-end appliances and a spacious pantry to prepare meals and stock snacks easily. A quaint breakfast bar seats 2, while the traditional dining area seats 10 more. A convenient bunk room on the main level boasts a twin-over-twin bed with a large TV and sitting area. There’s also a washer and dryer on the main level.
The upper level’s 4 guest bedrooms feature classic beach décor and new furnishings. The primary bedroom has a king bed and shares private access to a Gulf-front deck with a guest bedroom boasting a queen bed.
