Beach access is directly off the back porch overlooking the Gulf on Indian Pass!
Situated in front of other nearby houses, this stunning residence boasts miles of unobstructed shoreline views. An adjacent walkway and trail provide easy access to the Forgotten Coast, a few steps away. A privacy fence surrounds the ground-level outdoor entertainment area and features a grill area, private outdoor shower, and heated beachfront pool lined with loungers for sunbathing.
Use the stairs or in-home elevator to access the first floor of this 3-story beach home. Perfect for rest and relaxation, guests can retire to the 4 comfortable bedrooms—2 Gulf-front bedrooms with king beds and deck access, 1 guest bedroom with a queen bed and private deck, and 1 bunk room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. A safety gate was installed on the deck to prevent children and dogs from accessing the stairs.
The second-floor great room is open and airy, with beautiful decor. Spend time with loved ones in the expansive living area, complete with a TV and Blu-ray/DVD player—perfect for movie nights! Walkouts from the great room lead to the screened-in porch, where guests can enjoy cooling coastal breezes and stunning views. The upscale kitchen is a chef’s dream, with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The 4-stool breakfast island is great for casual dining, while the extra-large wood dining table is ideal for a sit-down dinner for 12. There’s a laundry room off the kitchen with a second full-sized refrigerator for convenience.
