Adirondack chairs and tables fill this fun entertainment area, and guests can enjoy views of the landscaped backyard and the Bay beyond. The large pool includes a sun shelf and is surrounded on 2 sides by a manicured lawn. Unwind with a game of ping pong in the area under the home or a friendly competition of cornhole on the lawn while the kids splash and play in the pool.
Stairs lead to the home’s first floor, where guests will enjoy an open living, dining, and kitchen area with classic coastal decor and wood floors. A dine-in kitchen island seats 3 and overlooks a living area centered around a cozy gas fireplace and TV. After a day spent jumping waves, relax on a queen sleeper sofa, or enjoy a family meal at a dining table that seats 6. Doors open off the living area to reveal a screened porch with an alfresco table that seats 6 and cushioned loveseats that enjoy spectacular views of the Bay. The screened porch opens to a sundeck with a gas grill and steps that lead down to the pool and backyard. Sit inside the comfort of the screened porch and enjoy a chorus of frogs while stargazing late into the night! Off the living area is a primary bedroom and 3 guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. A guest room opposite has a king bed and a private bathroom.
