The adjacent "Ready Room" has a 35lb ice maker, a full-size beverage center to stock items for the daily beach or pool activities. In addition, there is a stacked washer/dryer for beach/pool clothing and towels and a full bathroom for easy access. Use the pass-through window to serve beverages from the "Ready Room" to those seated outside watching TV or watching pool activities at the bar height stools. The first-floor bedrooms include 1 king bed with a private bath and an additional guest room with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds, and bathroom. The second level offers another spacious open-concept layout in the main living area with wet bar and full laundry center. This floor offers spacious views of the pool, deck, and lake. Step outside through the wall of sliding doors to a porch that brings in the outdoors. There is additional sleeping space with a queen sleeper sofa and a full sleeper sofa in the living room as well. The second level bedrooms include 4 king beds and bathrooms for each room. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The third level has a gourmet kitchen with a 6-burner and griddle gas oven, refrigerator/freezer, and a 48 bottle 2-zone wine fridge. Enjoy relaxing in the living room in front of the fireplace or open the wall of doors to invite the coastal breezes into the entire living area. Also in this living area, there is a full sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper sofa. There is additional seating available on the gulf facing porch or the lake facing porch. This floor has 360-degree views of Sea Grove. The third level has a pull out sofa bed and a half bathroom.
