Steps away is a partially covered pool with a waterfall feature and sitting spa. Next to the pool are an outdoor shower, TV, and grilling area. Guests can change in a half-bath that’s steps away and drop wet towels off in the adjacent laundry room, which includes 2 sets of front-loading washers and dryers. The home has both a staircase and an elevator to access all 4 stories. The second floor is the heart and soul of the home. A gourmet kitchen seats 5 at the countertop and features premium stainless appliances, including a 6-burner stove and a massive 2-door fridge. A dining table seats 10. An adjacent half-bath makes it easy to wash up for meals. The kitchen opens onto the living area, which offers abundant seating and a TV—the perfect place to gather for vacation movie night. Ascending to the third floor, you’ll find another living room with access to a vast deck with spectacular Gulf views. 3 bedrooms are on this floor.
