The first floor offers guests 2 bedrooms. A guest bedroom with a king bed shares a bathroom with a shower/tub combo with the second guest bedroom. This second guest room has a full bed and French doors that open onto a beautiful patio with a swimming pool. Guests will enjoy relaxing poolside on comfortable chaise loungers to the calming sounds of the pool’s fountains, the constant Gulf breeze, and crashing waves.
The main living areas on the second floor enjoy beautiful Gulf views. White shiplap and oyster shell chandeliers add a coastal feel to the large open kitchen, living, and dining area. Comfortable leather sofas and cozy armchairs invite conversation and are close enough to the generously sized marble-topped kitchen island that everyone can join in the fun. Next to the kitchen are French doors that open to a huge balcony. This outdoor living space is decked out with an outdoor grill and wet bar, a dining table, rocking Adirondack chairs, and an outdoor sofa.
