Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well as an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Guests looking for a convenient and carefree vacation will love this home’s location—minutes from Camp WaterColor’s lazy river and slide, the grocery store, and beach!
Shiplap walls, hardwood floors, and a coastal color palette welcome guests inside the first-floor great room of this charming home. Sink into the plush corner couch in the living area to relax in front of the 55” Smart TV. The well-appointed kitchen has high-end appliances, a wine cooler, and an open floor plan so the group’s chef doesn’t have to miss a moment of conversation! An elegant wood dining table by the staircase seats 10, with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Open the French doors to find an enclosed porch with seating and a wicker dining set for 4 that overlooks a protected wildlife preserve. Outside, 4 rocking chairs, a propane grill, and an outdoor shower invite guests to take full advantage of the balmy weather. The primary bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, and luxurious private bathroom.
On the second level, discover a built-in desk and sitting space with a 50” Smart TV and DVD player. The adjacent bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds is great for children. There are 3 guest bedrooms on this floor—2 feature a queen bed, and 1 has a king bed and access to the expansive balcony.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
*Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
