The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home, including a sizeable 6-stool breakfast bar, Keurig and Nespresso coffee makers, a beverage cooler, and more. Also, a primary bedroom can be found down the hallway, along with a full-size washer and dryer. To step outside and enjoy the sunshine, take the doors through the living area to the pergola-covered patio, wooden walking path, outside shower, and gas grill. The perfect outdoor space for entertaining! Guests can retire upstairs on the second floor where the remaining 3 bedrooms are located—2 guest bedrooms, one with access to the front balcony, and 1 bunk room with a twin-over-twin bed. The bunk room also includes a bonus office area for checking email or peace and quiet. Comfortable bedrooms, ceiling fans, and natural lighting can be found throughout this floor, making The Happy Seahorse a fabulous place for large families or friends to rest easy! For fun in the sun, head south on Brown Street and follow this to Eastern Lake Road, then turn left and continue until the road curves right.
