The first level of this 3-floor modern beach home features a mix of inviting sleeping accommodations, including two guest bedrooms—the first has a king bed and a private bathroom, while the second has a queen bed. There’s also a kid-friendly bunk area with a twin-over-twin bunk, a sofa, and a TV. For convenience, a stacked washer and dryer are on the first level.
Sunlit shiplap walls and fashionably weathered hardwoods make up the main living spaces on the second level. The kitchen is a chef’s delight with gorgeous countertops, high-end appliances, and a spacious island that doubles as a breakfast bar for 3—perfect for gathering over morning coffee or entertaining guests while whipping up meals and snacks. A few steps past is the wood dining table with 4 chairs and a long bench. In the living space, 2 soft white sofas and 2 pistachio green armchairs offer comfortable seating for watching TV or catching up.
