An open living, dining, and kitchen area with wide-plank wood floors and luxurious finishes welcomes guests to this 3-story home—a dining area off the entrance seats 8 opposite a bunk room with twin-over-twin beds. A wet bar with a wine chiller flanks a sparkling white kitchen with a marble backsplash and counters—a dine-in island seats 4. Decorated in shades of soothing white and dark navy, 2 sitting spaces provide areas to relax and reconnect. A wraparound sofa faces a 65” Smart TV, and 4 armchairs surround a rattan table. Dividing the 2 sitting areas is a door that opens to a covered deck! A gas grill and a table for 8 enjoy warm, salty beach breezes and offer views of the scrub oaks that fill the backyard. Steps from the deck lead down to an area with a picnic table and chairs and also connect to the beach tower above.
On the second floor are 2 guest bedrooms, the primary bedroom, and a laundry room. Guests may select between a guest bedroom with a queen bed or a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. Guests staying in the primary bedroom will enjoy a king bed, a 55” Smart TV, and a private balcony with incredible views of the Gulf.
