The home sleeps 12 with both a first floor and second floor king bed en suite. ✨Features ~ - 6 passenger golf cart, beach access is a quick ride away! - 4 bikes. Great for cruising into Seaside or taking the trail to the beach. - Spacious open-concept living + dining area with coastal décor - Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig & drip coffee maker + complimentary coffee. - Large dining space—perfect for family meals & entertaining. Offers parking, lifeguards, and restrooms. You can also rent chairs, umbrellas, bonfires, etc.. here. - Grayton Dunes – this one is a 15 min ride. Beautiful dunes and entry point, plus it’s super scenic! There is parking and lifeguards available here as well. To note: - Parking: 2 spots in the driveway and street parking also available. - This home requires a minimum stay of 6 nights due to HOA requirements. - Minimum age to rent the home is 25. - We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow 1 dog that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we’d love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding! - Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn’t happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience.
