Upon arrival, you’ll be charmed by the fully enclosed outdoor space with private entrance. At its center lies a swimming pool framed by exotic plants, surrounded by a wooden deck with comfortable sun loungers and plush cushions inviting you to relax. For cooling off after the beach, you’ll also find a beautiful outdoor shower. The ground floor offers a large, open, and bright living space designed for sharing convivial moments. The lounge is arranged around two large, very comfortable white sofas and armchairs, a thick rug, and a large wooden coffee table. Sliding glass doors allow a seamless flow between indoors and outdoors, filling the room with natural light throughout the day. The open-plan kitchen, modern and functional, is fully equipped (large refrigerator, stovetop, tableware, cooking utensils, and water dispenser with two refills provided). A spacious round dining table surrounded by elegant chairs completes the setting. For added convenience, a guest toilet is located on the ground floor. The four double bedrooms are spread over two levels. The two bedrooms on the ground floor have direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool. The upstairs bedrooms, accessible by an indoor staircase, offer a calm and light-filled environment. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with a king-size bed with a rounded headboard for a soft ambiance, a dressing area, a desk ideal for remote work or writing, and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathrooms provide every comfort: walk-in shower, sink, mirror, toilet, and modern finishes. The two ground-floor bathrooms are particularly bright with large glass windows. Sheer curtains and blackout drapes ensure privacy and restful sleep. Other things to note Welcome to your villa getaway. Please note that the shortcut from Balangan to the Uluwatu/Bingin area is closed between 11 PM - 5 AM. This is clearly indicated at the barrier gate, as the road is not a main road but part of a residential area. However, you may still use the main Uluwatu street at any time. Online transport (Grab/Gojek) is not permitted in this area to support local drivers. Our team can help arrange a driver for you anytime. If you arrive before 2pm, don’t worry - drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Balangan Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival. A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night’s charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience. Need a little extra help or special gear? We’re here to help from in-villa chefs, babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we’ve got you covered.
