These two homes are right down the street from each other, with a combined total of 7 bedrooms (plus a loft bedroom), sleeping 20 guests—an ideal option for family trips or groups looking to spread out. These two homes offer a prime location next to Homewood Mountain Resort, with unparalleled access to both the serene shores of Lake Tahoe and world-class slopes. Guests have full access to the Chamberlands Beach and Tennis, including the Chambers Pool (20-minute walk). There is also a wonderful lakeside restaurant and historic bar at Chambers Beach. Tahoe Timber: Welcome to Tahoe Timber, an expansive 4-bedroom mountain sanctuary. Step onto the deck, where a BBQ grill and al fresco dining area invite you to savor breathtaking mountain sunsets and lovely partial Lake Tahoe views. Relax in the living room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, cozy fireplace, and a large TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for at-home meals and snacks, with convenient grocery shopping just a 5-minute drive away. All four bedrooms at Tahoe Timber are located on the lower level. Your group can choose between a primary suite with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and two additional bedrooms with twin beds, ensuring every guest enjoys ultimate comfort. Tamarack: Welcome to Tamarack. This newly remodeled classic A-Frame home in the heart of Chamberlands is a sight for sore eyes. The property offers a warm and cozy home base full of natural light and cabin style interiors. Vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, and four stories mean there’s plenty of space for your crew to spread out. The primary suite, located on the main level, opens up to a large deck complete with a grill and dining area that overlooks the backyard. With two separate living areas, large flat-screen TVs, and a sprawling deck, you’ll have everything you need for an unforgettable trip! Property Manager provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more. For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips! If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Tamarack: We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - The homes do not have air conditioning. - Tamarack: This house uses an electric bear fence across doors and windows to deter bears that can be easily deactivated upon your arrival. - Please note that all outdoor furniture and amenities, including grills, are seasonal and available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. - Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations. Parking Details: - Tahoe Timber: 3 cars can be parked onsite. No street parking allowed. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
