Easy to use electronic keypad to enter the property. With one allocated carpark in a garage. For additional cars, street parking is available and there are plenty of pay parks nearby as well as the Lichfield St parking building.
City Sounds – This townhouse is located in a vibrant city setting, close to roads and intersections, so you’ll hear the typical sounds of city life.
Closing the windows helps create a much quieter indoor space, and for light sleepers, we recommend bringing along earplugs just in case. Thanks for understanding and embracing the energy of urban living!
