This house boasts an updated kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast table that accommodates four, and a separate dining space perfect for entertaining, which seats six. The spacious sitting room includes a cozy fireplace, ample seating, and a wet bar that features a wine fridge and everything you need to entertain your friends! The home also includes shutters throughout, a full-size washer and dryer, and garage parking for two vehicles.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed, ample sunlight, a large walk-in closet, an ensuite bath with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub and 55’ inch smart tv. The guest bedroom features a king-size bed with a walk-in closet and 55" inch smart tv, and the third bedroom shares a jack and gill. The third bedroom features a full bed, closet, and a work desk and 55" inch smart tv.
OUTDOORS
The backyard features covered al fresco dining, a pool, and a spa to warm up on cooler nights. The backyard is private and spacious. Located on the east side of the property is a sideyard with a small bistro table and cornhole game.

Walking distance to Albertsons, Sprouts, Cactus Jacks, and Starbucks. 1.25 miles from El Paseo, 3 miles to The Living Desert, 3.7 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 13 miles to Palm Springs Airport, 2.5 hours to San Diego, L.A., and Disneyland. The minimum age for this property is 25 years. No smoking and no parties. For cancellation policy, please refer to the Rental Agreement.
An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.
POOL HEAT
The sparkling pool and soothing spa take center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool’s size.
PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
