The two-story remodeled condo is bright and features new furnishings designed for comfort, entertainment, and relaxation. The living room has a large sofa and a TV for your favorite shows or sports. The dining room table comfortably seats 6 and conveniently connects to the kitchen. The kitchen is well-stocked for all your meal preparation needs and has newer stainless steel appliances, cabinets, and gorgeous countertops. On the first floor, there is a powder room, laundry room, and a one-car parking garage.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main en-suite, which is located on the second floor, includes a small patio with views of the golf course, a king bed, a 50-inch Smart TV, a closet, a ceiling fan, and a spacious main bathroom with dual vanities and a soaking tub-shower combination. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a ceiling fan, and a 40-inch TV.

The south-facing patio includes a cozy dining table for four, a built-in BBQ, and two chaise lounges for sunbathing. The unit is only 200 feet away from the community pool and spa, making it a super short walk to enjoy a nice swim!
