This beautifully updated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath rambler is located on a very private waterfront lot on Crystal Lake in Orleans. Enjoy unobstructed views of Crystal Lake and direct access for swimming, fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding. The main level offers a large living room, a beautifully remodeled and fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room with a door to the deck that is the length of the home. Fabulous water views from all of these living spaces! There are also three bedrooms and a full bath on the main level. The lower level has a bedroom suite with a kitchenette and a full bathroom with walk in shower. Streaming smart tvs.
There is a living/working space on the lower level, a half bath and a door to the yard and lake. Just a quick drive to nearby Nauset and Skaket Beaches and to downtown Orleans for dining and shopping.
