ABOUT ROYAL PALMS RETREAT: Royal Palms Retreat is a home designed with a great vacation in mind! The house is located in Laguna Beach, between Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach, directly across the street from a ’reserved beach’ where no development is allowed. Laguna Beach is a small laid-back community away from the congestion of PCB or 30A.The house is a great family gathering place with a bright, open floor plan connecting the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Enjoy outdoor gathering spots including a front porch & a lovely back patio area with a charcoal grill on the 1st floor along with a large 2nd floor balcony. The house is pet friendly as well. With 2,000+ square feet, there is plenty of space for everyone to be together, have time apart & make great beach vacation memories. Enjoy the beautiful emerald waters of our pristine beaches just a quick 3-minute walk away or relax by the pool next to the house. Sleeping 12, the 3 bedrooms each have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. On the 1st floor, in addition to the family/living area, there is a spacious king bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a comfortable Queen Size memory Foam sleeper sofa in the family room. The spacious 2nd floor master suite has a sitting area and workstation. The large master bath has a double sink vanity, a separate spa/soaking tub and shower. There is a private balcony with a lovely beach view. The other 2nd floor bedroom is an oversized ’family suite’ which has a king bed with 2 sets of bunk beds with a private, attached bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Before you hit the beach or after a long day in the sun, take a short walk down Front Beach Road to Thomas’ Donuts for their amazing donuts, ice cream burgers or sandwiches. Be sure to stop into the award-winning Carousel Supermarket and wine store less than ¼ miles from the house. Nearby entertainment includes Pier Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Gulf World, The Hub 30A, Destin Commons, Sandestin Outlet Mall, and much more. There are 3 grocery stores nearby & an endless number of dining options in Panama City Beach, Rosemary and many great options along 30A.
