The apartment is built entirely from solid wood from local forests, crafted according to ancient traditions to offer you a natural, healthy, and unique atmosphere where you can truly breathe well-being – cool in summer and warm in winter!
It is also the only house in Val Gardena with the “ThomaHolz100” certification!
The property consists of a quadruple bedroom on two levels: on the entrance level you’ll find a double bed, while an open mezzanine offers two single beds, both within the same room. There is a bathroom with WC, bidet, washbasin and shower, and a bright panoramic living room with kitchen corner and dining table. The spacious terrace with Dolomites view is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom.
The kitchen area is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.
The highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly the large south-east-facing terrace, furnished for both outdoor dining and relaxation, and partially covered so that it can be enjoyed even on less sunny days. From the terrace you can admire many famous Dolomites peaks of Val Gardena – including Sassolungo, the Sella Massif, the Cir peaks, and more.
The property is located on the second floor and is only accessible via stairs.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Located just a few minutes from the center of Santa Cristina, where you will find shops, rentals, bars, restaurants, and more, this property boasts not only a panoramic but also a convenient location for hiking – and, thanks to the ski bus stop right in front of the house, also for skiing.
In winter, with the free ski bus in front of the house, you can easily reach the Dolomiti Superski lifts and access the famous Sellaronda ski circuit.
In summer, you are right at the start of several mountain hiking trails that begin directly behind the house.
Just 250 meters away passes the famous Old Railway Trail with cycle path, which crosses the entire Val Gardena. There you will also find the charming Ferata de Gherdeina museum gallery, telling the story of the historic railway that once ran through the valley.
About 300 meters from the house, there is a small public playground where your children can have fun.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by Property Manager and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax and the toruist tax, aswell as the check-in.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to where they were retrieved, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a staandard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
