- This 3-story cabin requires 2 exterior steps to enter; the main floor includes 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom. There are many stairs inside the home, and young children must be supervised at all times due to falling dangers
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the garage facing the driveway, and 1 camera is located on the side of the home facing the lower-level exterior. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras will be deactivated and will not record video or sound when guests are in residence
- 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended in the colder months to access the property
- To fly-fish in the community lake, a valid state license and a license from Linville Land Harbor POA are required
- The garage and wood-burning stove are not available for guest use
